Error - This product may only be downloaded from the download page provided.

There seems to be an issue with FireFox 3.x.x and downloading the purchased files. This error message also appears when you try to click the download link and then refresh the page.

Solution:

The solution is to use a different browser. Many customers have reported that they switched to the Chrome browser and were able to download just fine. If you are on a Mac then use Safari or one of the other browsers to download the packages.
